Beaconsfield Family Hub brings local support together for families, children and young people from birth to 19 (up to 25 with SEND). We offer friendly, accessible support to help every child get the best start in life and run a varied timetable of activities.

Regular sessions and support at the hub include:
- Early Years and play activities
- Health Visiting and maternity appointments
- Parenting advice and support
- SEND drop-ins and guidance
- Youth and family activities
- Community-led groups and local services
All activities at the hub are offered free of charge. Please note that some services may need an appointment or be delivered virtually.

To find our Hub, drive to the end of Beacon Close. Go through the double green gates on the right and follow the path to our centre. There is parking available on-site.
